First mini-fast

Greetings,

I fired up my new juicer and had a kale, celery, cucumber, carrot, green apple, ginger, and lemon juice for last night's dinner. I had another for breakfast. No coffee (I am a cup a day man.). I had a granola bar mid-morning and a sandwich/V8/rice chips/orange for lunch. I had a slight headache all day. Around 1PM I felt kinda sick, a little nauseated, and a little light-headed. I feel fine now,

Could this be:

1. detoxing
2. caffeine withdrawal
3. "re-booting"
4. reacting to solid food
5. other

How do folks suggest I proceed? I am planning on juicing for breakfast, no hard-core juice fast.

    Starvation mode? What is the caloric intake on a juice like I made? Can it happen that fast?

    And I was not betting on caffeine withdrawal since I am not a big caffeine consumer.

    I had a headache yesterday and felt a bit nauseated. Didn't do anything you did. I'm chalking it up to I had a headache and felt a bit nauseated.
