whats the longest amount of time youve spent at the gym?
felt like a loser today because i went to the gym at 12 and left at 3
i dont know when to stop sometimes, i just keep goin
employees probably thought i have no life :frown:

    3 and a half hours. I got really into my cardio then lost track of time during weight training.

    3 hours too! But I wouldn't worry about the employees, I work at a gym and leisure center and see some people in the building at the start of my shift and at the end

    2 hours (and that includes 30 minutes in the shower); once my husband was at the gym for 4 hours, b/c he was waiting for me to show-up...he said he started to get bored.

    I usually do 1 hour in the gym and then an hour in the swimming pool.

    I'm a creature of routine, I always do an hour in the gym, then between 1 - 2 hours in the swimming pool.

    Imho
    i assure you, three hours is NOT excessive!

    The question would be "how many hours do so many of us spend on the couch watching tv".

    5.5 hours - due to an injury my doctor recommend that I do the rest of my marathon training runs on a treadmill. I'm a slow runner, and then spent a little time in the hot tub afterward.
