500 calories and not alot of time

After lunch, breakfast, and jogging I have 500 calories left for my dinner. I've don't have alot of time (two hours tops) to make and eat dinner. Anyone have any yummy suggestions?

FYI I'd prefer not to use the oven or stove. It's hot enough in my apartment already.

    I love chiabata rolls. I get them at Walmart, in the bakery. 180 calories each. I melt a piece of cheese or two (I like one piece of swiss and one piece of provolone). THen I add thin sliced turkey and a piece of bacon. LOVE. I also like one with just cheese, cucumber, tomato, and romaine with the cheese melted. There are so many possibilities! For a side, I usually do an apple, and some kettle chips or a piece of corn on the cob.
