Work out music

What's everyone's favorite songs to work out to?

Sexy back has always been one of my favorites :) I'm now adding rolling in the deep by Adele and stronger by Kanye.

I need music that is motivational, fast, and not explicit.

Some Christian rock/hip hop/ techno groups do this well. (Though you have to go off the beaten track to find them.)
The songs I pick aren't, for the most part, overtly religious. (Toby Mac and Mandisa are a little)

Some of my favorites from the cardio playlist:
Fireflight -escape, unbreakable, now, what i've overcome
Rhema soul- off the edge, break out, not forgotten, stop the world from spinning
    Je'kob- don't let go
    Mandisa- good morning, stronger (remix)
Superchick - It's on, One more (this song should be in a shoe commercial)
    Love like gravity- stronger
Thousand foot crutch -war of change (Andy Hunter remix)
Skillet- Awake and alive, not gonna die
Toby Mac- eye on it, unstoppable
KJ-52- brand new day (featuring my favorite line- "I'm not where I want to be, but I'm not where I used to be.")
Britt Nicole- welcome to the show, ready or Not, Amazing life
Andy Hunter- Spiral, Glow (Spiral is great for a painful run)

I'm having a hard time finding new songs, though.

If you listen to anything fast, motivational, and not explicit (as defined by I-tunes) I would love if you share it.
It doesn't have to be from a Christian group.

Just curious, have you tried working out without music? When I started, my routine was with the ipod. After some time I stopped using the ipod and I've been that way since. I felt my progress without earbuds might have been slightly better, because I was focusing more on what I was doing rather than a secondary activity. It's just me, but I'm curious if you guys have tried the no music option.

I was using songza on my phone and discovered some great mashups and mixes. So i went online to find more. One of my favorite mashups is a Katy perry medley by tommie sunshine megasix mashup of teenage dream. I also got some good mashups from steady130.com. You can search for remixes and mashups by bpm there as well. Got some good songs there. i like the backtothefuture one..remixes of 80s and faceoff 80s vs now...songs from 80s and today battling it out.

Don't all laugh - but I have the main theme from the Rocky movies on my workout play list. It's timed to kick in about 2/3rd of the way through my workout as a motivator.

I don't know why - I've never seen a Rocky film in my life, only the bit when he's training (film 1) and then he runs up the staircase and stands on the top of the hill in triumph. It's a mental image thing with me LOL!

I listen to a very mixed variety depending on my mood.

Recently I've been listening to Killswitch Engaged as I've been going HAM with my workouts as of late. But usually I'll listen to some deep house, classic rock and roll and if I'm pumped some good old drum & bass.

I have but I'm just not as motivated without music. I tend to workout to the beat of the music. So when the music is fast and up beat so it my workout. Plus it makes it a little more enjoyable for me. :)

I do strength training workouts without the music, it does help me focus. However, for cardio I love to have some ultra motivating music spurring me on.
