Since you don't look to be going under your calories and you are logging exercise every day, try getting a food scale (if you don't already have one) and weigh everything. I mean, instead of using measuring cups and tablespoon measures, WEIGH it all. Check out the below video and do some home experimentation to understand what I mean:

edit: And don't forget to count the "throwaway" calories - like the two cups of lettuce and the spray of oil in the pan to cook with and such. Everything that has calories adds up.

your calorie intake looks fine and you are exercising. I'd switch your diary to track fat thou i watch carbs, fat, and sodium those are the big no no's you want to keep track of and i agree with the other poster get a food scale if you done have one you would be surprised at the difference but you might just be at a plateau you need to power threw i have had many of those they are hell but you do get threw just keep swimming :)

I don't know how you are tracking cals but I do know that MFP uses a general count. As your weight goes down you actually burn less calories because you don't have to expend as much to support your weight. So you are burning less calories to maintain and you are burning less calories for exercise.

Also, you can try to do a few "metabolism" boosters. You can switch up when you exercise so your body is "shocked" into faster metabolism. You can do some mini workouts during the day (if you have time) to assist with that, too. You can drink green tea (decaf for me), increase your water intake, and eat berries as part of your daily calorie count.

Here's my formula for running: .087 x exact weight x minutes of activity - .009 x exact weight x minutes of activity (Or .078 x exact weight x minutes of activity) The .087 is what I burn running and the .009 is what I burn sitting on my bum.

Once my calorie count was more accurate it was easier for me to get past my plateau.

Oh, and I don't lose weight quickly because I'm pretty muscular, but it does come off. I wear a size 4 or 6 currently. My goal is a size 2 :)
