My friend's young daughter has just been diagnosed with gluten intolerance. Does anyone have some kid friendly recipes that I can pass on?

I am gluten intolerant as well, and there is a learning curve to this eating style, but it is SOOOO worth it once you discover how much better you feel eating gluten-free. (By "you" I mean those who are gluten intolerant or have Celiac.) Some people who are intolerant rather than full-blown Celiac may discover they can tolerate certain things that Celiacs can't, it takes some trial and error/experimentation. For instance, I can eat oatmeal just fine but some people can't.
Here are some kid-friendly recipes I found online, but can't personally vouch for:

Thank you! I'll pass these on. I don't know yet what she can/can't tolerate. They have 3 kids and have a daycare, so it would not be too cost effective to make the whole house gluten free right now.0

Tell them to try and find cup4cup flour. It works like wheat flour in most recipes (not breads) and makes baking muffins/cookies/etc so much easier. Cookie dough generally needs to be refrigerated before baking though.0

I think I have a sensitivity to gluten myself. Been experimenting with various flours. It can be tricky.
Thanks Kasey for posting those links, gonna check them out.0 -
When I was a kid, I had a friend from hong kong that got me hooked on this:
Rice Noodles
1-2T Oyster sauce
0.5 t Sesame Oil
1 t sugar
Later in life, I worked with a woman (also from hong kong), and when I mentioned this and how much I liked it, she said "that's how we feed noodles to little kids"
So I guess it's the Chinese version of sketti-n-buttuh0
