Burning calories

I am a professional chef and if that's not hard enough, I need a way to estimate how many calories I burn while I'm working a 6 hour shift, standing, chopping, lifting and just running around the kitchen?

I tend not to do that as if you put your daily activity into MFP when calculating your BMR it accounts for it xxx0

I would get a heart rate monitor, but if you set your activity level correct in your profile it already calculates that into your calories.0

HRM wouldnt be accurate because its not really an aerobic exercise, as already said, just add it to your activity level0 -
You could get a Bodybugg which measures total calorie expenditure regardless of whether it's burned by normal bodily function or exercise. I love mine.0
