I see sweat on my shirt.

My hair curls from sweat.

Someone leaves a coupon on a product in the grocery store what I was planning to buy.

    come home after the day and wife, family, dogs greet me

    wake up in the morning and gaze at my wife

    smell of coffee first thing in the morning

    watching the sun rise over the lake (its like a whole brand new day created just for me).

    some a$$hat driver gets pulled over by the cops (karma)

    drunk driver traps......

    when you are on a tough trail run loop, and going opposite is a better runner to help push you, especially if its a female, who is attractive, maybe a little sweat on her shirt and hair curled from sweat too. I love that:wink:

    I'm leaving the gym after an amazing workout and I'm drenched in sweat.

    I make an amazing meal... that's also super healthy for me.

    It's football season... life will now be complete again! :)

    i wake up on a warm summer saturday morning -early enough to sit on my patio, drink java, read the paper and watch the sun come up. After a while and i cant procrastinate any longer....i jump on my bike, go for a run or hit the gym and hammer it. Luv those daze. cheers b

    I really love it when I am running and see someone just starting out. It really motivates me. The other day I was running up this mega hill and this 350-400lbs guy was slowly working his way up this trail hill. He was in Khakis, tucked in polo shirt, and a headband. I swear I just wanted to tell him to stick with it and kick *kitten*, high five him and thank him ...

    People trying ... in battle for their life, health, etc

    My heart rate monitor tells me that my heart rate is low (even though I'm working out, means I'm getting healthier! Yeah Buddy) So I work harder
    My muscles shake when I work out
    Guys at the gym compliment me on my hard work
    I don't get weird looks from the muscle heads in weight area anymore
    My trainer gives me something hard to do and I can, piece of cake
    All the jeans in my closet are too big
    I look down and can see my toes

    My dog greets me at the door like I just made her whole day, I love my dog in general, she was a good rescue

    Grocery shopping with my fiance, those have become our hot dates

    I throw a good party

    my girls get together for drinks

    I pull off 20 minutes straight on the elliptical

    I get to hike through the river valley

    I can bond with nature

    I have a good meditation session

    I see a loss on the scale

    Waking up and feeling really positive

    You're walking outside and suddenly you can smell someone doing laundry or having a bonfire or baking something yummy and you walk slowly and take deep breaths

    That feeling when you've accomplished something and you just feel really good about yourself

    Listening to rain while you're just falling asleep
