Scrapping wallpaper and popcorn ceiling - calories?

:-) Before you ask, I did look these topics up in the search and didn't find any decent answers. Looking on line I found sites that said you can burn 200-275 calories an hour PAINTING in the house. I'm wondering how many calories I might have burned stripping wallpaper in my friends house and scrapping her popcorn ceiling down. I did that instead of going out and riding my bike. Any thoughts or a place I can look to figure out the calories used in those two activities? If I have to guess I want to be conservative with it but don't want to jip myself either. We have worked almost 3.5 hours so far.
OOPS, yes I see my spelling error just can't fix the topic title. Sorry! lol

This is a sympathy response but with little that will help you -- but those two activities are so annoying, you should get double whatever someone comes up with!
Here are some sites that calculate for related stuff:

They all seem to make different assumptions and come up with different figures. I just googled 'calories scraping' and got a whole mess of links.0 -

I know, right?! LOL Maybe I should get "extra" burned calories because it wasn't even my house. :-) I really liked that first site you listed. It says I should have burned 622 calories for the three hours! Some how, unfortunately, that just didn't seem right. :-) I guess if I'm going to be conservative I'll say 450 for three hours. Maybe that will work.0 -
All counters include BMR. The amount of burn you get over that would be 2-3cal/min tops on such a low impact activity.
Oh, and hrm is useless for activity such as this. It will give an inflated number.0
