Anybody know whats the basic rule is for stationary bike work-out levels are?? What is considered EASY, MODERATE, VIGOROUS, ECT. I have a Weslo Pursuit E45 and usually do 30-45 mins @ 18-21 mph @ level 6 resistance usually bumping resistance to a level 7 or 8 for the last ten minutes. I can often do 10 miles in 30 mins on it. I'm wondering so I can log my execrise in correctly.

I put down RPM and cycle classes as vigorous. Anything really that has lots of interval training within it would be class as vigorous. Moderate would be staying at a moderate pace such as staying on an RPM between 80 & 90 with a little interval training. Easy would be no interval and under 80 RPM. I hope this helps0
