going to try again

Well, I tried to do this about a month ago but let other things get in the way. So, I'm going to try again. I would like to lose a total of 30 pounds. My biggest issue is getting motivated to go workout by myself. I always seem to do better when I know I have to meet someone at the gym. My normal workout partner went back to work (she has the summer off). So that's where it sits right now, I did work out today and going to try to do at least an hour a day.....that's the goal.

set yourself small goals and stick to it...we all work better if someone pushes us. You have to do this for you and know how grreat you are going to feel logging your food and exercise as well as seeing the lbs come off.
Cut out pictures of people you admire, athletes or old photos of yourself...put them on your fridge.
