Hi,
I imagine the answer is no, but is there anyway to account for the extra calories needed for breastfeeding on myfitnesspal? I want to make sure that the number of calories I'm estimating per day is correct.

There are breastfeeding options in your food section - if you search for breastfeeding, you can select depending on how many feeds per day or a basic 500cal.
I just don't worry about it. When setting up my account I just put a desired loss of half a kilo a week and use those calories. I figure breastfeeding will make it go faster.
Hope that helps!0 -
I think you could just add exercise for 300 or so calories per day extra.0

The normal daily calorie expenditure is 500 for breastfeeding. You need to be careful not to eat too little, or your milk supply will dry up.0
