I went to put on a dress today that I haven't worn in at least a few months, and it was too big! Like, to the point where I would have looked silly wearing it! Needless to say that made my day.

    Honestly, I don't know why we call them that. The scale is about the worst indicator of progress there is. It's like calling people who don't smoke "non-smokers". But that's the natural state. We should call smokers "non-breathers". NSVs should be "Health Victories" because that's what they are. They are the real victories.

    So uber congrats on your Health Victory :)

    Good for you hon! The last time I did a closet cull I got ride of about three large boxes and several bags worth of stuff that was fitting like that, and that was twenty lbs ago. Celebrate your victories and keep up the good work!
