Making home-made protein bars more calorie dense
I made some homemade-protein bars from this link http://bit.ly/aMFXpV.
If i collect all recipe ingredients taking into account the 22g per 2 scoops from my protein powder and protein from other sources (peanut butter, oatmeal) and divided into 12 bars, the total amount of protein is only 7 g per bar.
Would anyone have any suggestion on how to improve this recipe for my next batch? Would adding milk or eggs be good or just add more protein powder to the mix?
