5'5/ 5'6 ladies!

Hello, my name is Mindy, im 24 years old and I am just curious as to what goals women my height have. My cw is 131 and gw is 123. Is that realistic? My starting weight was 160, but in my freshman year of college I was 127... Just wanna get back ya know?!

I'm 5' 5" currently at 138. I started several years ago at 190. I have my goal weight set at 130, but that may lower because I am really focusing on a body fat goal. If I have to go lower weight to get there then I will adjust it as I go.

123 is in the healthy range for ladies our height, so if that's where you feel comfortable then go for it!

I'm a little under 5'5" and my cw is 123. My goal weight is 117, which is just a couple pounds over what I weighed when I got married. I will say it is really difficult losing these last few pounds!

I totally feel ya. I just can't seem to get rid of this weight. I'm starting t25 focus and I'm really excited to see the scale move, or at least some NSV's.

    I'm 5'5" and my goal is 125. I think 123 is a very realistic goal. :)

I think your goal is fine, especially since you are younger. I'm just shy of 5'6 and my goal weight is 130, but I may change it to 125 depending on how I feel.

I'm 5ft6in and my goal is 125, my ultimate goal is 120. Since I've had 2 kids, I'm not trying to get to my former weight of 114 (plus, technically it was on the underweight side even though I was healthy and ate plenty- I have a small frame). I don't think your goal weight is bad since you're a little shorter than I am, but I also don't think your current weight is very high either :)
