No change on the scale.....HELP

I have been using MFP for about 10 days now. In the beginning, MFP had my caloric intake at 1660 and carbs over 200. I lowered both those numbers to 1300 calories and 100 carbs. I weighed today and I haven't lost anything. I didn't gain but I didn't lose either. I am staying below the caloric total because right now I am non weight bearing on my ankle due to healing ligament and pending surgery so I am sedentary for the next few months. I don't know what to do. I need to lose weight due to my ankle. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

You need to understand how much of your weight is down to water retention - and how much this fluctuates around, especially if you have a recovering injury.
I would suggest weighing yourself in the evening just before going to bed, then again in the morning, before and after you go to the toilet. (not all the time, just for a few days).
You will see the effect of your activities across the day; if you are stressing the injury, there's a good chance it's water - and your weight will go up a lot during the day (as your body tries to hang onto the liquid for cushioning the injury site).
I'm assuming you have good sleep hygiene - you should be early to bed and getting a nice stable sleep pattern when trying to recover from an injury - that will help with weight loss too, as most of your body adjustment of fat location happens when you are asleep after a day's exercise as well..0 -

Unfortunately, I don't get good sleep because I have horrible insomnia and because my ankle hurts often. I just started taking melatonin and it is starting to help some. I usually only sleep in 3 hour stretches. I am up and down most nights. I will definatly work on that though.0 -

I can sympathise - i quite often have bouts of insomnia, and it plays merry havoc with healing and weight loss...

I can sympathize. I just came out of a boot for a severe sprain. I'm pretty sure I tore a ligament but didn't have insurance to check it out further to find out. its been 9 weeks. still hurts and swells massively. I can't excersive either an really want to start zumba. I have lost 11 lbs tho dieting in 3 weeks. I never even considered my ankle swelling causing more water retention till now.0
