Stretch Marks and Saggy Belly

Hi.
I was losing weight rapidly over the past two months because I've been so busy with work that I either forget to eat or I just didn't have time. =(
I'm back to eating normally, but as a result of the last two months, my belly sags a bit.
I need a workout plan that will help me to tighten up my midsection. What regime has worked for you? I would love to know!
As for the stretch marks, I'm at an average weight and I look healthy, but I have a million of them on my thighs! They are hideous and I always wear longer shorts over my bathing suit when I want to go swimming because I'm so self-conscious about my thighs. The marks used to be on innermost part, but within the last two months they have spread from there and wrap almost all the way around my legs. My butt has remained unmarked (thank goodness) but I worry that the marks are just going to spread further. =( Also, I have four stretch marks, two on either side of my waist right at the top of my hip bones, and they used to be small and hardly noticeable, but now they've gone from being an inch long to being three inches long!
I HATE my stretch marks! And all of the webpages that I have been to thus far have said that they never go away! That makes me want to cry. I'm so embarrassed about them. How can I prevent them if they appear even when I'm LOSING weight???

For the belly tightening there are a few things that can help. Isometric holds to train your transverse abdominus are going to help most. Look up Planks and stomach vacuums, these are techniques that are used by the older style bodybuilders to gain flat abdominals with a corseted look. These exercises are extremely similar to kegel exercises as well.
As for the stretch marks, unfortunately they will never go away. I know how you feel, I am a male and have stretch marks on every single part of my body except for my shins and calves. They are on my shoulders, arms, chest, neck, belly, back, butt and my thighs. I have found that drinking lots of water, about a gallon a day, and moisturizing twice a day helps them fade. This regimen will also help with loose skin that may have developed from the accelerated weight loss.
Hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck.0 -

Stole this link from Stroutman81. Knows his stuff.
Also, would you rather remain overweight than face loose skin and stretchmarks?0 -
I had stretch marks on my inner thighs when I was FIVE (I wasn't even very overweight, the doctor said some skin types are just very prone to them... yay) but they faded so much that most of the time I entirely forget they're there (I never used any creams or oils). The ones that appeared later on my shoulders used to stop me wearing vest tops but I'm used to them now. Occasionally I might feel a little self conscious but it's not too bad. They're so common, no one will ever mention them, you'll eventually feel better:)0
