Snacks!

Options
I tend to be a bored eater so I like to snack a lot. I need some ideas on healthy low cal snacks. :smile:

    My favorite snack right now is plain greek yogurt with whatever fresh fruit I have on hand (right now its blueberries). It satisfies me and is low cal!

    You're pretty much going to get a lot of yogurt/string cheese/popcorn/fruit/deli meat suggestions. :glasses:

    ... But those are good go-to snacks. Aside from those I'd like to nominate sunflower seeds, sliced olives (sliced makes them last longer), mini rice cakes with peanut butter or PB2, popcorn chips with salsa-heavy guacamole, and toasted bagel thin quarters with Laughing Cow cheese and smoked salmon.

    Unsalted Almonds have been my savior, I like to put them into nonfat Greek yogurt to give it that extra crunchy texture. If you have fruits like blueberries or raspberries you can put a few of those into the yogurt as well. It's delicious!

    Besides what has already been mentioned, I love to snack on protein bars.
