    Thank you everyone for the congratulations. I'm sorry I don't have any before/after pics prepared, but hopefully I can get that sorted eventually. And as far as tips go...don't give up. Even on those days you want to eat a whole pizza and a box of chocolate chip cookies. Because eventually you find that you are worth so much more than that. You are worth saying no to things that don't help you reach your goal. You are worth saying yes to your healthier future.

    Congratulations! You are to be admired for your dedication, sticking to your plan and hitting your goals all the way to 100 lbs lost. That is fantastic. When I joined MFP, I wanted to lose about 30 lbs. Seeing people like you who have lost 100 lbs has inspired me to set my goal higher. Thank you.
