I decided to make a change when I saw this pic of me in Aug 2011 ... I was tired of how I felt and comments family members / friends made... In Sept 2011 I started my fitness journey in the process I've lost over 50 lbs .. I still am working on losing the last 10 lbs/ toning up.. Alot of people said you're going to gain the weight back , you can't keep the weight off , you're not meant to be small , etc !! WELL I'M PROVING MY HATERS WRONG!!! Pictures dnt LIE!!! It's hard work , commitment, dedication... Just thought I'd share ; )

    You look amazing and you can and will keep the weight off. I've been in maintain mode for 5 months with no problem thanks to sticking with MFP. If I can do it you can too.
