Slow, but steady! My loss is happening very slowly, but in the overall year report, you can see it's happening. With a lots of ups and downs my weight loss journey looks like a trip on the rollercoaster. But hey, at the end it counts where the wagon stops - hopefully on the ground level (= my weight loss goal!).
