Well folks, here I am to lay it all out to you. I am fat and I am ashamed I let myself get this way. BUT I am changing and I will help and inspire each one of you just as I know you will be here to inspire me along our journey's. No more shame. No more guilt. Just a great life ahead with new and creative things to do. Becoming healthier and transforming what I see as disgusting flab to a nice tone and shaped muscle. I am not looking to be ripped or Mr Universe. But I just want to have things fit better without the waves. Thank you all who have read this. Please add me as a friend to find out more. There is lots of valuable advice on here which will help you understand the best way forward, my tips would be the following
1. It took you years to put on the weight so don't expect to lose it all overnight
2. Don't lie in your food diary you are only lying to yourself
3. Weigh all your food it's the only accurate way of doing it
4. Don't make it too complicated it's simple burn off more than you take in 3600 calories = 1 lb
5. Don't treat it as a short journey it's a new way of life
6. Treats should be limited - you are not a dog so don't reward yourself with food !
7. Keep exercise varied that way it does not become boring or a chore
8. Be proud of all the changes you make and where you are heading
