Well if you are hungry eat.....seriously. Just choose wisely.

Perhaps opening your food diary will help offer suggestions based on what you are eating now...ie maybe you need more protein to keep you feeling fuller longer.

As for eating 5-6 small meals a day ...bogus info.

Don't understand... you can't eat 1500 calories because you're not hungry, yet you can't sleep because you're hungry?

    More protein helped me.

I worked out grams of protein needed for a maintenance goal, then reset my goals to the appropriate weight loss level. I then adjusted that goal by increasing the protein til I was eating the same as I would be on maintenance reducing the % carbs. Don't reduce the fat % though (I found that caused hunger pangs too!)

shove the protein. Eat porridge with raisons, a banana and honey. You will be full nearly all day and it will help you to feel less bloated. Top up with it at night and have a cup of hot chocolate with brown sugar to go to bed with. You need to stop worrying about weight loss and eat more carbs every day. Too much protein will ruin your health

This ONLY happens to me during my TOM.. for about 2 days, I just simply can't get enough, and I can go far beyond my MFP profile count. So I try to choose wisely, and move towards popcorn/ rice chips, cold veggies, etc. just to fill myself.

I will never go to bed hungry -- If I do, I'm doing this wrong.

I just learned to deal with hunger. No change in diet has eliminated it. Forever hungry....
