I've read that eating 2100 is not enough for a 17 year old girl. I eat my 2100 and am still hungry.
I exercise for about 40 minutes a day.
What would be the right amount?

How tall are you? 2100 sounds pretty high to me for weight loss, but then again it depends on how intense your workouts are. I'm 5'7 and I eat between 1200-1500 depending on what exercise I've done in the day.0
