Hello,
So i have decided for the month of spetember I want to try intermittent fasting, I began last night at 8 pm ( a little later then I wanted) and I won't eat until 1100 am today which is in a bout 2 hrs.
I was wondering if anyone here does it? and how well has it worked for you?
I have a very clean diet so i believe I am set there no issues but I am struggling to find a way to lower my weight ever since I stopped getting my Lady monthlies due to stopping the use of contraceptive pill.
Anyways I hope to hear lots of different stories success or not and hopefully this will work for me.

Yes, I skip breakfast. I eat this way out of preference, not because I think IF is anything special. I have not noticed any benefits except that it allows me to eat larger meals and feel more satiated.0

Thanks for that, I guess I will only know how well it works if I am conistent with it.0

Hey Penutbuttercu, did the IF diet work for you? I´m thinking on do the IF diet, so any advice would help.

IF is not a diet--there are no special foods. The biggest advantage to IF is meal timing, especially if trying to lose weight. For some, it is better to get your entire day of eating in a short time span (for satiety). While studies have shown marginal benefits to LBM retention in combination with resistance training while under IF conditions, IF is not a magic bullet by any means.
If you want to, do it. If not, don't. Try it if you are curious.0
