I just binged last night and today! im so upset because i go back to college in a few days!
now i feel chunky and upset...what do i do?!!?
i had lost like 10 pounds this summer (my ticker isnt all that accurate) but now it says i gained five back...

Just let it go, everyone has off days. Just move on and keep eating healthier0

try to put it behind you, and decide if you binged because you were restricting too much. If so, add some calories and be kind to yourself. Our ego wants us to beat ourselves up. I call it "The Judge" tell it to shut up, everyone makes mistakes. You lost 10lbs you can lose the 5 again, no sweat!0

Don't you mean more sweat? Haha. Exercise 'n' aw that. Bad pun.
But they're right. If you lose 10lbs now and then gain back another 5 you're still progressing. Basic math. Lose 10lbs gain 5, lose 10 gain 5, lose 10 gain 5. You're still losing. Albiet you'll have lost 15 where you could have lost 30, just remember that when you feel like binging. It takes ages to lose 5lbs. Everyone has off days though, just march through them and carry on.0 -
While I have heard tell of some epic binges, I doubt you ate 17,500 calories OVER your maintenance level in the past day and a half. That is what you would have had to consume in order to actually put on 5 lbs of fat. Get back to eating well and the scale will deflate a few pounds fairly quickly.0
