New to any sort of calorie/fitness tracker

Hello!! I'm Mandi and never used anything like this before. I've tried to do the diet thing on my own with all the new diet fads that float around and so here I am, trying something realistic. I've started a couple of weeks ago although only sporadically. It was only within the last week when I seriously started using this app (which is easier for me being a mom of three children), that I really started to see results. I think this app (and website) is great!!

    welcome mandi :) i'm new to this site as well. and learning all the ins and outs of it. good luck to you! i find it easiest to track what i think i will be eating for the day first thing when i wake up.
