    5 ft., 1 in. with a goal weight of 110 lbs. I have a small frame and will need to lose a lot of weight before I get there, but I am steadily losing the pounds and will get there eventually. My healthy range is between 98 to 138. My goal is not so much centred around the weight, as it is to be fit and healthy.

    I'm 5'2' and my end goal 125. Right now trying to get to 135 though and see how that would be like, and see if I need to re-adjust the end goal :)

    I am 5 feet and currently 121 lbs. I think a good goal weight is 110-115 lbs for my frame. I look good now, but I really want the extra jiggle gone.

    Aww you guys! Most of these weights are so realistic and healthy minded - makes me happy! I'm 5' so I'm supposed to weigh like 95-120 or so. I was 123 before I got pregnant with my daughter (in 2006, eep) and I gained 56 pounds to 179. I've been battling hard the last 4 years and I got down to 133 2 years ago, but then my deployed hubs came home and I slacked majorly. I'm 150 right now and my goal weight is 120, and I'll see what happens as I get closer. My thinnest was in high school at like 114, but I'd had a horrible virus while traveling overseas, so that's probably not happening :)

    Summary! 5', 150 now, aiming for 120.
  • Don't worry about the gym. Stick with your diet goal and you'll get there.

    I am 5" and my goal is heavier than most at 135-150. I haven't been under 200 since I was probably 12. Sad I know. I will have to have a tummy tuck and breast lift because of being so heavy. I bet that will be 10-15 lbs of skin, but I am focusing on bodyfat more than weight. I want my bf% to be under 30.
  • 5ft nothing, 57 on the 9/23...heaviest adult weight 158...lightest 106 (after a divorce=too skinny). Today I reached my 1st goal 135#. I decided to go for another 10 # so 125 here I come.

    I am 5'3.5 (that half inch is a pain in the butt, so I usually claim I'm 5'3 for weight loss calculators and tell people I'm 5'4 to feel tall - LOL!) I started in 2009 at my heaviest - around 176 pounds. I got down to my lowest ever weight of 139 lbs last year, and my weight crept up to 145.5 as I plateaued for about a year. Now I want to be down to 125, which is a healthy middle ground BMI.

    So I'm 5'0" and down to 109 lbs (due for a new monthly photo soon - this is last month's). Don't think I'm where I want to be yet, but I don't think it's much of a number game anymore. I want to decrease body fat and increase muscle. Will have to restructure my goals now :smile:.

    Hoping the visual helps some of those that have a little further to go. Of course what 111 lbs looks like on other 5'0" girls will vary based on body type and body fat percentage.

    I don't agree w/ this statement.
    By going to the gym, or just walking/biking around, you'll get to your goal faster/healthier.

    Instead of just reducing your calorie-intake, by working out, you can eat a little more while building muscle (which burns more calories).
    Try lifting weights.


    I'm 4'11" and I'm about 5# from goal weight. But my main focus is to reduce body fat, so I can actually SEE the muscle definition from all that heavy lifting!

    im 5"0 and am currently 90lbs but i hope continue to lose more weight and ultimately get to 75....but i doubt ill be able to, so ill just see as i go
  • I'm just about 5'2 and my goal weight is 118, but my all time goal weight is to be back at 110 prior to having babies!

    5' 2'' and currently at 125ish. I don't care so much about the weight. I am trying to lower my body fat percentage and gain muscle. I would be perfectly happy staying the same weight with less fat and more muscle =)

  • I'm 5'1 and my goal weight is anywhere from 120-160 I'm not picky :P
  • I'm 5'3. And right now, I'd just be thrilled to weigh less than 200 pounds.
    I swear I'll do a happy jig when the scale reads "199!" =)
    Other than that, I think anywhere from 140-160 will be my healthiest zones.

    5'2" 140 now, want to go back to 110. i was 105 and still had a little squish but i'd like to be a little firmer this time. so lose 30?

    I'm 5' 3/4" so almost 5'1" lol. My 1st goal is to be 132lbs (highest weight in healthy bmi) & go from there. After I hit 132lbs, I'll work more on muscle definition & less on the number in the scale. I'm naturally curvy & like to stay on the thicker side (:

    I'd like to always weigh LESS than 145-150. My ultimate if life were perfect goal is 115-125. I'll be happy with 130-135.

    5'1". CW 151. I'm more focused on lowering body fat percentage but I think that 125-130 will be okay. I was at 132 pounds 4 years ago and felt comfortable but would have liked to have had more muscle tone in a few areas.

    I'm 5'4" (163 cm), and stared my weight loss journey in December 2011. I was (80 kg) at the time. I'm currently 143 lb (65 kg) and goal is to get to 132 lb (60 kg) this autumn. Originally my goal was 128 lb (58 kg), which would get smack middle of my healthy BMI, but I'll see how I feel once I've gotten down to 60 kg.
