Hi! I started back on MFP a few weeks ago after my husband and I decided we want to start thinking about getting pregnant. Now I'm trying to get to a healthy weight and get my nutrition cleaned up. My goal is currently set to lose 1 lb a week. Currently 5'4 and 146. My BMI is 25.1...just on the low end of overweight. Anyone else in the same situation?

Hi Stephanie I just joined today (although i start tomorrow).
Ive been ttc for years, Im having IVF probably January time depending on financial situation.
I also have PCOS which is a nightmare but I am totally determined. Your bmi isnt too bad mines about 32 so classed as obese even though I don't look that big really its mainly my belly its huge and heavy i do have very slim toned legs though this is why people dont believe my weight. Im sooo tired and headachy all the time. Im absolutely deterimined this time i'm going to lose the weight and keep it off. My social life has deteriorated dramatically too i wont go out :(
Good luck on your ttc journey x

Thanks! Scouseblonde, I've also been diagnosed with PCOS, but I don't have all the symptoms, so I don't know how it will affect me at this point. I hope your symptoms get under control! Good luck with your journey as well! I'm glad to hear it worked for you, Chrissie! I'm hoping losing a little more will increase my chances.
