Having SUCH a hard time staying focused.

I don't know if it's because I'm lacking help or motivation, but I keep slipping, and it's upsetting me! I know that I control my eating habits and whether or not I work out, and I blame myself completely for this lack of motivation.

I have no idea what to do :( Anyone have any tips? I'm really desperate at this point. I want to lose these 20 lbs by the Holidays but I'm feeling like it's not going to be possible at the rate that I'm going.

HELP!!

    First of all, I think you look great, but the desire to lose weight is individual and as long as it is to a healthy weight, I say go for it!

    Secondly, how about finding an activity that may not seem like working out but it still burns calories such as kayaking, walking dogs at the local shelter, or playing tag with kids (if you have any). For me, I notice that as I become more active, my eating habits improve. It is still a struggle at times but just take it one day and one decision at a time.
