Do you have less energy when you cut?

I find that I do after eating less carbs.

My energy as of lately has been very low. Lower body fat.. plus lowered carb intake to prepare for a load up before show this saturday. Very taxing.

    ~182 to ~170

    to everyone asking how.

I SLOWLY tapered calories down stating in February.. you are seeing the glory months of the cut in the two pictures. There was a whole 2-3 months of dropping cals ~100 week from bulk calories, in order to keep metabolism adjusting properly and to not any muscle mass. This is the key to better progress!

Slow slow slow. Everyone tries to rush just as I used to.. faster does not equal better

Maintaining the mass you have is NUMBER ONE priority at all costs. This is what allows you to look more lean on the back end.

You're gonna make it! Just don't rush.

For sure brother. Just frustrating when you've been cutting for nearly a year and arent where you'd like to be yet :p

Injuries stop me from being able to lift and it leads to losing motivation.

But you're definitely right. Slow and steady just like I've been doing it so far and I should get there one day.

You look awesome bro. miring hardcore.

That's rough man :\ sorry to hear, but keep your head up sounds like you aren't giving up anytime soon.

Cutting is funny like that too. You keep wondering when, when, when

Then one day you wake up with shredded obliques, and amist feeling tired, depleted and like chit. It's all so worth it lol

Thanks for the kind words man

    It's all good .. That's life.

I've adapted this to become a lifestyle change.. Not some quick change or some diet. It has to be about realistic and sustainable lifestyle.

I stopped logging and took it easy the last month to try and regain some sanity.. now it's time to get back on track.

Thanks for the push and motivation. Even if I can't lift (broken wrist).. I can definitely still focus on eating properly and get my cardio and leg workouts in.

My pleasure buddy.. You deserve it. You're putting in work and it shows. Now I gotta catch up~
