Weekly Weigh Ins Starting Monday

Hi all,
I joined another group where everyone weighed in every Monday to hold each other accountable; this was to go on for the month of August.
However, I like the idea, and would like to make it more of a permanent thing. When I saw everyone else's weight loss progress, it made me feel better about my own. It showed me that sometimes others are also stuck at a certain weight for a couple of weeks, or even that some people gain weight.
So, I propose a group where anyone and everyone can weigh in every Monday. A format that goes something like this is probably best:
19/8: weight in kg or lbs
26/8: weight in kg or lbs
2/9: weight in kg or lbs
When weighing in, please copy and paste your previous entry and add to it, that way everyone can see your progress over time.

Sure. I'd be up for doing that. I was just wondering how frequently to post weigh ins on here. I have a white board at home where I write a sort of daily (ok, read that every two or three days) weight. Only, I had gained a lot of my weight back in a week, so I was embarrassed to log it on here until I got back to that number again. I'd like to just bite the bullet and log..especially with a group, so we're supporting and holding each other accountable.

Glad to hear it Darkrose! At least there's two of us, and maybe people can join us down the track. Log every Monday if possible. Lets start today. And don't be shy to log, you'll seen see that everyone puts on weight or remains at the same weight for weeks at a time.

I like to do mine on Friday so that if I want to have a cheat day on the weekend, I still have time to straighten it out by the next weigh-in. :happy:0

I would, but my weigh in day is, and always has been Friday. It helps me to keep focused for the weekend when I see a positive result on the scales.

Great, I do weigh-ins Monday night so this is perfect.
Started at 475lbs or 215kg
8/26 312.4lbs or 141.7kgs
Currently at 26.9% bodyfat.
I'm 6'5'' and 19 y/o.
Goal is to hit 250lbs, 12% bodyfat or 113kg0 -
