Hi everyone! Sad to say I've been on the diet train quite a while; I always used to do the crash diets, lose weight unhealthily then gain it all back. So this time I'm hoping to make a lifestyle change and do it right. Part of becoming healthier is becoming stronger and I've recently discovered the joys of weights and am hooked (and contrary to popular belief, I am not 'bulking up' although am I the only one who thinks it would be kind of cool to look like the Hulk??) Looking for friends who love to work out, or anyone that wants to motivate with me and get fit together!
