7 banana's,.. Just hope you don't have any 'reaction'
This was my gut reaction response, too.

yes its shocking is'nt it ...banana calories booo!
  • This is the "Phantom effect". If you deny yourself what you are craving, you might end up way over eating other foods trying to scratch that itch but they just don't work. Instead it makes a lot more sense to get used to enjoying what you crave in moderation. Perhaps easier said than done but I'm sure a little bit of chocolate would've been much more satisfying and a lot less damaging to your diet than 7 bananas in one sitting. Just a thought ;)

Careful that many bananas might stop you up. I have yo monitor my daughter's banana intake because she loves them so much but she already has constipation problems :/
    Make sure they are ripe!

They should look something like this for ideal digestion:

It is not the worst thing to binge on and much better than cake and/or candy. When I have ripe bananas I can eat 2 or 3 small ones in a day. I buy the small and extra small ones because of the calories in medium and large ones.

The calories I can handle, the sugar, I can not. I love bananas, but, rarely have them.

Lesson learned right? Next time look at the nutritional information before shoving something down your pie hole.

Also how do you unknowingly eat 7 bananas?

Wow! Just breathe and take it easy. Firstly it's one day there is no harm done except potentially to your *kitten* as bananas are binding lol

Just chill out on the banana intake from now one. See easy all that drama and overreaction for nothing.

That may be true , but it probably has twice the sugar of a greenish one , as the fructose has developed.

First, what others have said re: not ruining your diet plan because of one off day.

Second... If you're not used to getting that much fiber every day, do yourself a favor and drink a lot of water today! The average banana has 2.6 grams of dietary fiber, so you just got 18 grams of fiber from the bananas alone.

1-You didn't unknowingly eat 7 bananas unless you were sleepwalking. LOL
2-There's nothing that you can do now. You already ate it. Going over your goal because you ate fruit is better than going over on other foods.
Actually, you can "fix" this by lowering your intake by about 100 calories or so for the rest of the wk. And, remember that this is just a goal set by a website. It's not like it's anything official from your doctor.
  • Lol you went off on those bananas.

I NEVER buy bananas unless grandchildren are around. Usually I will never get a chance to get one and if I do it may be split with one of the kids.

I'm mystified by the statement that bananas are constipating. The gut bacteria are going to go, well, bananas on that amount of bananas (or any fruit). Don't stray far from home, that's my advice!

Smear some hazelnut spread on your banana. It's the best snack!

Seriously - you didn't know you were eating those 7 bananas?! Come on now. Let's not make up stories.

Moderation. A banana won't do you any harm - but 7 bananas is a lot.

Now you know - better to look up the calories before you eat 7 of anything.

But yes - 7 bananas is more healthy than the biscuits. It's just one day, learn from it and move on.
