What should I do?

I am getting ready to be away from home for a month with little ability to cook. I want to lose between 10-15lbs, tone up, and get back into half marathon shape.
I was thinking of doing one quick cardio session before work (30 mins or so) and then another cardio and weights in the afternoon.
Any advice?

Thanks!!

it's kind of hard to say with limited information. Will you be travelling alone or with a group? Are you staying in a hotel or at someone's house? Will you have access to a grocery store or be limited to dining at restaurants?

When I have to travel I choose a hotel with fitness equipment and/or indoor pool as well as one near a supermarket and the room has to have a mini fridge.

I prefer to walk to the store on my first evening stock up on my snacks, lunches and breakfasts.

If you are dining just choose the foods you know will aid you in your goals.

So i'll be staying in a hotel with a pool (can't swim) and a gym, traveling alone, might have access to a grocery store but not 100% sure, and food is hotel for breakfast, work cafeteria for lunch, and i'm using the "happy hour" at the hotel appetizers for dinner.
I am planning on packing some protein powder, trail-mix, and some granola/protein bars.
