      Nicely done! Congratulations! I want that profile picture. I am supposed to run in the Vermont Beast on the 21st, but I have to get an ok from my cardiologist. Tomorrow I have a cardiac catheterization. At this point, I am hoping I can walk the beast, but not sure.

      And this is why people should always take weekly progress pics . . . your minds eye takes about 6 months to catch up with your actual progress (it's also the reason that people all of a sudden realize they've put on weight . . . our preception is flawed). Taking comparatives really puts it in perspective! What awesome progress!

      I would love to have the skill to create something like that.

      Do you have iphoto or another slideshow app? You can make a video easily using transitions. I haven't tried to make an animated gif, but it should be an exportable option.
