    Thank you. I literally hold weight all over my body. Even my ring size went down 2 1/2 sizes, Lol. When I'm completely done losing weight I will post by before and afters of me just in shorts and a sports bra, and you can tell how much I weighed. My clothes really hid it.

    I wish mine did! :laugh:

    Thank you for that, it's an inspiring record of success!

    I really appreciate the ongoing journal format to reiterate that it's a journey, and such an astonishing change takes time as well as effort. Too often I see a "before" and an "after" and become discouraged that my own weight loss expedition isn't quite yet done, but this really helped.
