Just started today and excited about this website and app for my phone. Shocked how much is available.

It's that time of day where all I want to do is munch on some chips - ugh. Any tips for cravings would be appreciated.

  • Hello! Welcome!

Drink water, chew a piece of gum. Don't deprive yourself - go ahead and snack but check the label and only eat one serving.

    Good luck

Baked Lays or a yogurt is what I usually do.
  • I just found at Aldi's Fit and Active Cheddar Cheese mini rice cakes 9 mini cakes for 70 calories - they are good - Look in the snack aisle for healthier replacements
  • It depends on what I'm in the mood for, but I will look around my kitchen reading lables before I snack. Most often I go for either a single serve bag of baked chips or a tootsie pop, sometimes yogurt, sometimes cereal. Dont deprive yourself as a PP said.

I save all my crunchy snacks for the afternoon! ;-) I usually eat either an apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter, a serving of natural white cheddar puffs (32 pieces), or Austin's toasted peanut butter crackers. But when I want something sweet I usually go for the 60 cal sugar free Jello pudding cup, chocolate fudge is my new fave!

Fat Free pretzels are a great snack. If you buy pretzel sticks you can have 48 little sticks. I'm into quantity for my snack. :)
  • Great suggestions - thank you so much.
  • Microwave popcorn mini bags by Orville Redenbacher are only 30 calories a serving - about 4-1/2 servings a bag. It comes in many flavors too - fills you up, satisfies the 'crunchie' craving and not a lot of calories.
