Hello,
I am new to this website. I am very impressed with the tools that are available. I am trying to start keeping a food journal and exercise journal. It will be hard for me but I am going to try my best. I have already lost about 50 pounds with another program but I need to lose 20 to 30 more to reach my goal. This is just what I need to help me get those last few pounds. I wish everyone luck and thanks for having me.
