Hi,
I've alreay lost 100lbs and still have 50 more to go, but I'm really starting to lose my motivation and would like some friends to help keep me encouraged. So please Fr me...I would appreciate it.

Gotta agree with this one.0 -
Think about the consequences of giving up all you've accomplished. Not a pretty picture. See yourself as the person you want to be and then do something every day to reach that goal. Giving up is not an option unless you're a weak person.
It took me about five years to get to where I am now. Life is full of choices. Right now you have to decide whether you want fitness and health and good looks more than fat and illness.
I'm sure you'll find lots of great pals on here. Lots of support. And remember, to have a friend, you need to be one too.0 -
Motivation comes and goes. I know mine does, but you gotta keep going even when you're not feeling it. Obviously, going back to the way you were living isn't an option.0

I would love to be your friend and keep your spirits going strong. ^^ I will add you as a friend, okay?
I'm impressed that you've already lost 100 pounds! Gosh, that sure is amazing in itself!0 -
I am not even close to you with 70 lbs. lost and 34 to go but progress is slow with the inability to do any exercise for the past 2 months and for at least another month. After pretty good success for three months, this injury worked on killing my motivation for a few days but I thought of the other possibility. It is better for me to make that slow progress than to just give up until I could fully do this but would only lose ground with 10 or 20 lbs. gained back. To me, there is but one option and that is to do all I can and keep moving forward.0

To the people asking what they get in return... Seriously, have you never helped someone else out unless you got something in return?0
