Beginning lifting/toning info

Hi All,
I have lost about 40lbs and am in the process of losing likely another 15-17 or so. At this point I'm still working on decreasing body fat, but am looking forward to the future in regard to toning. I'm really interested in increasing my fitness and definition throughout my body, and specifically my midsection, so I would like to take the next few months while I'm still working on weight loss to develop a toning/strengthening program for myself.
I do cardio about 5 days/week, 45-minutes of stretching exercises 2 days a week and I lift (heavy) 2x week as well. Again, I am looking to shape my body after this next 15-17lb loss and enhance definition and tone....so my question is: what are some great websites/info sources on beginning bodybuilding? I don't want to body-build per se, but I really want the tone and definition from more targeted workouts, and information on macros, etc.
Thanks!

Lose more fat, and you will be more toned. There is no such thing as a toning exercise.0

There is a good Stronglifts 5x5 group on MFP that has a lot of good information for starting a lifting routine (stronglifts is a really good routine to start with). There is also a group called Eat, Train, Progress with a plethora of good information on macros, weight lifting, and such. I would recommend looking through both groups. You'll probably find a lot of what you're looking for.0

I understand that. I think I may have mis-communicated myself....I'm looking for definition to highlight particular areas of my body. I am aiming to do this via targeted exercises that will enhance my musculature even further once I have lowered my body fat percentage enough. And I mean to work certain muscle groups (ie: abs, obliques, etc.) even more than I am currently working them in order to achieve the definition I am working for, hence, target those areas, which yes, you CAN do - you CAN target muscle groups...you CANNOT target fat loss.0 -

Thank you! I will do that now!0
