I'm looking for friends enrolled in First Place for health to share information, motivation and support.

    Come on everyone involved in FP4H, this would be an awesome group to get going!!!! :heart: :heart: I have been going to FP4H for a year...the going is slow but going in the right direction. How I have needed to surrender my weight problems and yo-yo dieting!! Finally I realize it can only be achieved through His power. I pray for all of us to surrender to Jesus while He works a miracle in our lives so that we wholeheartedly practice the teachings of FP4H. It has been hard for me to accept that my weight isn't about me getting an extreme case of will power but more about putting God as first in my life. God Bless all our FP4H friends and myfitnesspal friends. I am inspired daily by the love from both groups. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
