Hi everyone, I'm Kait! I have at least 17 lbs to lose, I'm 147 and want to be at least 130. I have to admit, my will power is weak when it comes to fast food, I'm pretty addicted. I will do very well for a few weeks, but once I break once, I binge. I just need a community to help keep me on track, and I hope this will be it! I look forward to getting to know all of you!

I hope to make some connections here and learn about any group support that may be offered here. I am an artist that has some health issues related to my weight. I need to lose a lot. I was with another diet site ( will not mention name) that I liked but could no longer afford the monthly expense. So I am here. I like the simplicity and that it is FREE!
I just started yesterday and I like the simple and direct food tracker. However, I don't understand why the protein is so low compared to the the amount of carbs. Is there a way to change the amounts for the macro nutrients? I also don't eat that much sodium. I am salt sensitive and will swell if I eat that much.0
