When do you drink your protein shake?

I have just started drinking a Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) after my workouts. However I have just started a new routine including Insanity 6 days a week and strength training 3 days a week (Monday Wednesday Friday). So on these three days I do my Insanity workout (mostly cardio) as well as my strength training (see program here http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/frankoman-dumbbell-only-split.html).
My question is, what order should I do this in?
1. Cardio, weights, protein shake
2. Cardio, protein shake, weights
3. Weights, cardio, protein shake
4. Weights, protein shake, cardio
I have done some research and there is many conflicting opinions. So what do you do?

Yes.
I don't think you need a shake for cardio, but if you feel like it go ahead.
For normal cardio I wouldn't. I agree with you there. But Insanity is a high intensity circuit training workout, and the DVD highly recommends a post workout supplement for recovery. I struggle to meet my daily calories on the days I work out twice, so I figure I may as well.
Thanks for the advice!0
