I have been doing Zumba for 9 months at least 2 days a week, 60 minutes a class. I used to burn 650-800 per class. I am now lucky if I can get 500. I am wondering why the sudden drop, it happened just about a month ago.... Any suggestions?

It might be because you heart is getting stronger and not having to work as hard as it used to.0

Did you update your stats lately?
The less you weight, the less you burn.
If not, you should adjust.0
