Hello,
just sign up here, decide to work out everyday but have regret every night for not doing it.
have never been in shape since junior high.
gotta be tough on me this time for starting new life of 30's.

    Welcome! It can be difficult to start out, but make sure you set little goals for yourself so that you can reach them. Instead of saying I'll work out everyday maybe start out with I'll work out 3 days a week for just 30 minutes (any three days) and once you reach that goal then set it a little higher until eventually you are working out everyday. Just be determined and you'll get it!! Good luck!!
