    This is what 1 year of dedication looks like to someone who is 5'1". I'll be doing another comparison similar to this at the end of the month. This time will be comparing results after 9 months of heavy lifting and one bulk/cut cycle.

    Wow you look absolutely AMAZING!! I had my little girl 7 months ago and only started this 3 months ago and you have completely inspired and motivated me. I'm 5'2 and I see people's goals to be around 120lbs and it seems like such a long way to go for me. But at 143lbs you look absolutely incredible! I would be so ecstatic if i looked like that after my weight loss journey! Well done!

    You all look so great! I can't wait to see my before and after pic too. My sw was 202 lb, cw is 179-180 lbs and my gw is 130 lbs. I am 5'2".
