I've started the Beck Diet Weight Loss Workbook and wondered if anyone else is doing the same?

    I just read the reviews on Amazon and it seems like a great book. I'm going to check it out.

    I bought it on Amazon. It's great! It challenges your thinking. I bought the six week workbook. The theory being that it teaches you to think like a thin person in six weeks!
