Hello everyone! I am new to this website. I am looking to lose about 25 pounds and I need as much support as I can get..lol! I have a 7 month old baby and I lost a lot of weight when I was pregnant, but now it seems like I have gained it all back. So I am asking will you be willing to help me get to my goal?? thank you!

Glad to see you here and working on it. My daughter had a tough time 20 months ago when her daughter was born, but now she is back on track and running 4 miles three times a week.
Even us 59 year old "former" gym rats need support when the fridge is better looking than another drive to the gym.
This is a great site for support and journaling. You can do this.0 -
