    Well, in my first 100 days 23.2 lost.

    In my next 100 days 25.2 lost.

    Everyone is very different though. Part of it depends on how much you have to lose, and what you ate or how you exercised the days before a weigh-in. And during each time period, I had my days when I fluxuated upwards, and had to crawl back down. It's best not to count your success based on someone else's experience.

    A lot of it depends on how much you have to lose in the first place. I started out needing to lose 100 pounds total and I lost 25 pounds in 15 weeks. I only remember that because it meant I hit my 25% goal right before my birthday that year.

    Did a 10 week biggest loser contest.. went from 188-166, that was 3 years ago.. stayed within 6 lbs ever since... been as low as 162 and as high as 172. Currently 170.

    My first 14 weeks (98 days): 46.5 pounds.
    The next 14 weeks: an estimated 21.25 pounds (or it might just be 5.6 pounds, me weighing less than 176 lb is unknown territory).

    I've been averaging 10 pounds per month - but I started out with tons to lose and I still have a large amount. When I get down under 200 especially, I expect that to slow way down. (I am hoping that I'll stay at the 10/month until I shatter that stupid 200 barrier of mine though -- I just want that sucker out of the way!)

    First 100 days, I lost 20 lbs. In the next 77, I lost another 6 but I was plateauing through July and August due to excess snacking and little exercise. I'm back on track and resuming speed.
